Refund & Return Policy

At Taiyo, every order is packed with care and attention. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received.

Please note that customized or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, kindly email us within 48 hours of delivery along with photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the request and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
